Once you have been appointed a trustee under Chapter 128, here is what you need to know to keep your plan on track.
Submit Your Information
After appointment, send your phone number, email address, and account numbers to the trustee.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made via payroll deduction or by cashier's check / money order.
Plan Duration
Your repayment plan will last up to 36 months, as confirmed by the court.
Your Responsibilities as a Debtor
